Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 calendar days of your subscription start date. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. Refunds are available on your first subscription payment only — subsequent renewal payments are not eligible for refund.

How to Request a Refund

We offer a fully self-serve refund process — no need to email or call. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your .
  2. In the Subscription section, click "Request Refund" (visible only within the 30-day window).
  3. Optionally enter a reason for your refund, then click "Confirm Refund".
  4. Your subscription is cancelled immediately and your refund is submitted to PayPal.
Note: Once a refund is confirmed, your subscription access ends immediately. Your child's learning progress and achievements are preserved.

Refund Timeline

After you confirm your refund request, the funds are returned to your original PayPal account or payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Free Trial

Project Nova™ offers a 3-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed and no refund is necessary. If you are billed after the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard 30-day refund policy applies.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable; however, you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the subscription start date.
  • Renewal payments (only the first payment of each subscription term is eligible).
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to use our self-serve refund process before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks can result in account suspension and may take significantly longer to resolve than a direct refund request. If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.
